Quality Control
quality control is not just a method of inspection but a stage wise system of checks, approvals and suggestions. We have created an independent Quality Assurance team which ensures that the buyer specifications and standards are met. The entire process is closely monitored by the Directors themselves.
Quality Assurance
Our in-house quality assurance team performs all quality control activities. There is full-fledged quality assurance and quality control team in place to ensure that the final product meets all parameters stipulated by the buyers.
Prior to actual commencement of the production process, the approved samples are stringently checked by our quality assurance team.
We perform statistical methods to identify and analyze areas of improvement thorough checking of finished goods to ensure quality.
The ultimate objective of such thorough schedule of quality control is to attain complete perfection regarding our product quality and eliminate all minute defections after detecting them.
